New England Constables is a Limited Liability Corporation established in 1987 and overseen by NEC Officer Russell Castagna. Our Boston Constables are Russell Castagna, Eric Castagna, Christopher Castagna, Gavin Castagna and Linda Castagna. Russell Castagna is responsible for assigning the services to the various members of NEC Group as well as performing many services himself and also performs administrative support for the group, i.e. returns of service, invoicing and coordinate scheduling between clients and NEC Group.

New England Constables is one of the larger and most experienced Constable firms in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Russell Castagna has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Wentworth Institute and has been a full time Constable for 27 years. We have served thousands for civil process, summary process complaints and physical eviction throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for such firms as Harmon Law Offices, Korde & Associates, P.C., Guaett and Benson, LLP, Dolan, Connly Law Office, Boston Housing Authority and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

We have experience performing physical evictions of people in all socioeconomic classes, ranging from studio apartment to million dollar homes. Throughout its existence, New England Constables has worked with low income residents, residents from all races and social classes ranging from Section 8 residents, veterans, and public housing, Boston Legal Aid Services, Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and the Boston Police Department.
